Caller tokens analysis

Callers are people within the crypto community who share trade signals or "calls" (recommendations) to buy or sell specific tokens based on technical analysis or insider knowledge. This applies to both short-term trades and longer-term investment opportunities. Many callers operate under pseudonyms, making verifying their credentials or motives difficult.
Signal: These individuals provide buy/sell signals for coins, often using technical analysis tools like chart patterns, volume analysis, and market trends. Their followers rely on these signals to make trading decisions.
Influential: Some callers have a large following and can influence market sentiment by mentioning or endorsing a specific coin or project. These callers may not always have insider information, but their influence can lead to price movements. This applies mostly to low market-cap coins.
Other things to consider:
Risky: The advice given by shillers or callers is often high-risk, especially in volatile, low-liquidity coins.
Paid or Sponsored Posts: Some shillers and even callers might be paid by projects to promote their tokens, which can create conflicts of interest.
Manipulative Practices: Some shillers and less ethical callers are involved in schemes that manipulate the market, where they profit at the expense of uninformed investors.
We ranked the top 6 tokens by the number of times they were called in the last 30 days (data from 2024-10-22 ).
The platform displayed the top 10 tokens by the amount of calls they received in Telegram channels. (By the time you read this, the top tokens had probably changed, so you can check them too. Just go and check the Blokiments - Callers platform.)
For simplicity, we are going to look at the first 6 tokens.
$BRIAN after ~12 minutes of token being tradable, the 1000π Multi Chain called it first. Since then, the highest profit you could potentially make if you followed the Telegram group would be 138% ath. It currently sits at -75% of the price at which it was called.
$QQQ After just ~3 minutes of the token being launched, Gambles π² MadApes called the token; at the highest after the call, you could make 285% of the investment. Currently, the token has been at -81 % since the call time.
$MSTR: After ~4 minutes of the token's launch, Ryoshi Gamble called it. If sold at the top and bought at the time of the call, it could potentially make a whopping 3600% profit. Currently, it is at 1600% of the called price.
$NWIF, after ~2 Hours of launch, Hodlerβs π called it, at all-time high. Since the call, the token has been 761% up in price. It is currently at 420 %.
$KABOSU ~ Five minutes after launch, Ryoshi Gamble called for a potential 1400% price change to ath. It is now at 343 %.
$MOTHERLODE again: Five minutes after the token launch, Neo Calls called the token. After the call, the token made 63% in math. It is now sitting at -92 %.
By the time you read this post, the numbers might have changed. If you look at the top 6 called tokens by number of calls, you can see that most of the tokens have been first called just within minutes of the launch.
6 tokens are not enough to draw any big conclusions, but we can still observe that some tokens went up in price a lot because they were called early. Some tokens are worthless now, so not every caller will have a 100% success ratio.
Also, it is worth mentioning that the selection of the tokens might be biased because many callers have called these the most, and thus, the coins have been more famous and made more % in math since the first time they were called.
In investigating these tokens, some things stood out. For example, why do different caller groups have the exact same messages? For example, let's check the $QQQ. This coin was called by 17 different callers.
8 of them had this exact message:
βQQQ6900 - Your quant, my quant, our quant 0x690031313d70c2545357f4487c6a3f134c434507 Our own quant but not just any quant, a 3x quant. Quant etf memecoin nasdaq, quant index crypto & quant wealthy degen. And these were the callers with that message.
(If you want to check it yourself, click on Blokiments - Gem analysis and just scroll down to the Detailed shillers table and click βshow more.β)
Now, repeating messages are present across different callers, not only for the $QQQ token but also for $NWIF, $MOTHERLODE, and $ KABOSHU.
It means either they were paid by the token's team to SHILL(call) the token, or maybe the Gambles MadApes was the first to find the token, and the rest of them just copied him. But since the token was called only after 3 minutes of its creation, we can bet that it was the first reason. The team behind the QQQ token had money and paid the callers to promote the token.
If you blindly follow the calls, you can be assured that you will buy the tokens from teams that have money to pay the callers to promote them. Therefore, some tokens might be π, and others might be just a piece of π©.
This was a quick and simple analysis of some of the most called tokens on Ethereum. It might be interesting to inspect those tokens that were shilled and made at least 1000% upward price movements. Or maybe analyze just the performance of specific callers (and perhaps expose them for something?) So stay tuned for posts like this.
